RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

1. Returns

Return Eligibility:
Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, the item must remain unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is mandatory.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Perishable items, including food products, are not eligible for return.
  • Imported fresh produce and frozen goods are non-refundable.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

 

2. Refunds

Store Credit Policy:
All approved refunds will be issued strictly in the form of store credit. Cash refunds are not available.

Processing Procedure:
Upon receipt of the returned product along with proof of purchase, our team will conduct an inspection and inform you of the approval or rejection status. If approved, the store credit will be credited to your account within 7 working days.

Partial Refunds:
In specific circumstances, partial refunds may be granted, such as when the item is returned in a condition different from its original state, is damaged, or has missing components not due to our fault.

 

3. Delayed or Missing Refunds

Refund Status Inquiry:
If your store credit has not been issued within the specified timeframe, please contact us at sales@honestharvestpk.com for assistance.

 

4. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:
Exchanges are only applicable for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request a replacement for the same product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item at sales@honestharvestpk.com.

 

5. Return Shipping

Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These charges are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the issued store credit.
