Complimentary Delivery:
Free delivery is applicable exclusively to perishable items, including fruits and vegetables.

Nationwide Shipping Charges:

• • Fresh mango orders are delivered through our trusted courier partner, TCS. Free delivery is available on all mango orders. Customers can conveniently track their shipments directly through our website.

    For all other products, deliveries are handled through our trusted courier partner, Leopard Courier.

    • Standard Delivery Fee: PKR 300 for shipments weighing between 0.5 kg and 1 kg
    • Additional Weight Charges: PKR 200 per additional kilogram

    Shipment tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched. Delivery charges may vary for remote areas or special delivery requirements.

Logistics Partner:

Fresh mango orders are delivered through our trusted logistics partner, TCS. Customers can track their shipments directly through our website.

All other products are delivered through our trusted logistics partner, Leopard Courier. Shipment tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Advance Payment Discount:

• • A 10% discount is offered on advance payments

Out-of-Stock Items (Online Payments):
In the event that a product is unavailable after an online payment has been made, customers may choose between a full refund or store credit, based on their preference.
